convert POD to HTML suitable for a MediaWiki wiki

a subclass to catch X keywords and =head lines

To install Mediawiki::POD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mediawiki::POD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mediawiki::POD
